• For the period May 24 through June 6, Fort Belvoir's Directorate of Emergency Services reported the following:
• Civilian charged with careless or reckless driving (Gailard Road);
• Civilian charged with driving while license suspended, traffic violations, expired tag and excessive speed 38 mph in a 25 mph posted zone (Pohick Road);
• Simple assault - assault and battery (Dogue Creek);
• Civilian charged with driving while license suspended and excessive speed (Gunston Road);
• Soldier charged with failure to yield right-of-way at intersection and a traffic accident resulting in damage to private property (Belvior Road);
• Civilian charged with reckless driving by speed (Fairfax County Parkway);
• Civilian charged with driving while license suspended- improper turning (Gunston Road);
• Civilian charged with traffic accident resulting in damage to private property, following to closely (Pohick Road);
• Civilian charged with driving while license is suspended or revoked, operating vehicle with expired plates (Gunston Road);
• Civilian charged with traffic accident resulting in damage to property, failure to furnish proof of liability insurance, following too closely (Gunston Road);
• Soldier charged with disorderly conduct and reckless driving (Dogue Creek);
• Civilian charged with dui, failing to stay in lane, refusing chemical test;
• Soldier charged with improper backing, traffic accident resulting in damage to government property (Fort Belvoir Post Office);
• Soldier charged with traffic accident resulting in damage to property (North Post Golf Course);
• Wrongful damaging of private property (21st Street);
• Wrongful damaging of private property (Lewis Village);
• Larceny of private funds;
• Civilian charged with traffic accident resulting in damage to property (Belvoir and Surveyor Roads);
• Airman charged with failure to yield resulting in a traffic accident (Parking lot of Knadle Hall);
• Suspicious package cleared from Defense Logistics Agency with no incident;
• Civilian charged with failure to secure child in a child safety seat (Meeres Road);
• Larceny of private motor vehicle (Jadwin Village);
• Wrongful damaging of government property (Fort Belvoir Fire Station 463);
• Civilian charged with driving while license suspended and excessive speed (9th Street and Hannah Lane);
• Civilian charged with traffic accident resulting in damage to property (Parking lot at DeWitt Army Community Hospital);
• Civilian charged with making a false statement (AAFES Main Exchange);
• Soldier from Ft Sill apprehended by civilian authorities for desertion;
• Wrongful damaging of private property (Commissary parking lot);
• Soldier charged with public intoxication (George Washington Village).

• Fire Emergency Services responses:
• Fires, 1 (No reported fire loss; fire out upon arrival); emergency medical treatment, 31; rescue calls, 19; hazardous condition calls, 7; good intent calls, 9; false calls, 11.

• There were no reported fire-related injuries.
