For the week ending Feb. 28, Fort Belvoir's Directorate of Emergency Services reported the following:
• Civilian charged with driving while license suspended, Fairfax Country Parkway
• Civilian charged with failure to yield right of way, Gunston Road adjacent Class Six
• Wrongful destruction of private property, Forney Loop
• Wrongful damaging of private property, Woodlawn Village
• Civilian charged with failure to yield right of way when entering a public highway, Chapek Road
• Traffic accident, civilian charged with improper backing, stopping or turning, Heller Loop
• Military charged with suicide attempt
• Violations for the week: traffic Stops: 115; warnings: 46; citations: 69
• Fire Emergency Services responses for the week: Emergency medical treatment, 15; Hazardous condition calls, 3; Service calls, 4; Good intent calls, 3; False calls, 8.
• Total responses on Belvoir: 33
• Total responses since Jan. 1: 368
• There were no reported fires, dollar loss or injuries.
