They ranged from tiny dancers to talented teen ballerinas and from the classical to the contemporary.
They filled Wallace Theater with their energy and ability in a range of ballet, hip-hop and tap dances for the second School of the Arts Recital.
The audience of family and friends filled the theater and responded enthusiastically. Empty seats were hard to find as performers waited their turn with the audience and watched.
SKIES Director Rebecca Doran was pleased with the recital and turnout.
"What a wonderful response and pleasing performance by all the dancers. Instructors Sandee Salcedo-Conrad, Elizabeth Ries and Susan Blazy were responsible for what you see and it's a great way to showcase the talent we have here on post," she stated. The evening performance featured music that included piano and drums.
