• For the week ending May 16, Fort Belvoir's Directorate of Emergency Services reported the following:
• Larceny of private motor vehicle - motorcycle (Gristmill Court);
• Civilian extradited to civilian authority (Fairfax County Parkway and Backlick Road);
• Three civilians charged with child not properly restrained (Meeres Road and Kimbro Lane)
• Soldier charged with child not properly restrained (Meeres Road and Kimbro Lane);
• Attempted suicide (Grist Mill Terrace);
• Larceny of private property (Fort Belvoir North);
• Soldier charged with excessive speed (9th Street and Troth Way);
• Wrongful damaging of private property (Mosby Reserve Center);
• Soldier charged with simple assault (12th Street and Belvoir Road);
• Larceny of private property (Graves Gym);
• Traffic accident resulting in damage to private property (12th Street and Specker Field House);
• Larceny of private property (Woodlawn Village);
• Wrongful damaging of private property (Main Exchange);
• Civilian charged with embezzlement and theft (Coach Cleaners);
• Civilian charged with simple assault - assault and battery (Lodging Office);
• Wrongful damaging of government property (Lewis Village);
• Wrongful damaging of private property (Main Exchange);
• Wrongful damaging of private property (5925 Meeres Road and North Post Child Development Center);
• Destruction of private property (Vernondale Village);
• Civilian charged with driving while license suspended (Pohick and Theote Roads).
• Violations for the week: traffic stops: 102; warnings: 45; citations: 76

• Fire Emergency Services responses for the week:
• Overpressure rupture, 1; Fires, 0; emergency medical treatment, 7; rescue calls, 2; hazardous condition calls, 5; service calls, 3; good intent calls, 2; false calls, 5.
