The recent record snowfall brought out the child for all ages as snow enthusiasts took to the neighborhoods and hills for sledding, skiing, and snowshoeing. Others created snow forts, sculptures, snowmen, snow angels and reveled in snowball fights.
One of the most popular sites was the Woodland Golf Course of the North Post Golf Club where children and parents embraced the great outdoors and what it had to offer. Using saucers, toboggans, cardboard and the occasional laundry basket, sliders repeatedly and delightedly went up and down the hills.
